61	58		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
62	59		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
63	60		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2-34 of Title 2, unless there is
64	61		created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
65	62		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
66	63		for the Oklahoma Department of Agricult ure, Food, and Forestry to be
67	64		designated the “Oklahoma City National Memorial Education Revolving
68	65		Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, no t subject to fiscal
	66	+	year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the

96		-	year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
97	93		Oklahoma Department of Ag riculture, Food, and Forestry from
98	94		legislative appropriations for the purpose of providing curriculum
99	95		materials and instruction on the April 19, 1995, Alfred P. Murrah
100	96		Federal Building bombing to students in this state. All monies
101	97		accruing to the credit o f the fund are hereby appropriat ed and may
102	98		be expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food , and
103	99		Forestry for the purpose provided for in this section.
104	100		Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by
105	101		the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by la w with
106	102		the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
107	103		approval and payment.
108	104		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
109	105		SECTION 3. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
110	106		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
111	107		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall tak e effect and
112	108		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
