55	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STA TE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	49		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
57	50		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 256.1 of Title 62, unless there
58	51		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
59	52		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
60	53		for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the
61	54		“Oklahoma Department of Commerce Progressing Rural Economic
62	55		Prosperity Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall be a continuing fund ,
63	56		not subject to fiscal year limitations, an d shall consist of all
64	57		monies appropriated to the Department from the Progressing Rural
65	58		Economic Prosperity Fund established in Section 256 of Title 62 of
	59	+	the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the
	60	+	fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
	61	+	Department for the purpose provided for in this section.

105	97		designated the “Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority
106	98		Progressing Rural Eco nomic Prosperity Revolving Fund ”. The fund
107	99		shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
108	100		and shall consist of all monies appropriated to the Authority from
109	101		the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund established in
110	102		Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All moni es
111	103		accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may
112	104		be budgeted and expended by the Authority for the purpose provided
113	105		for in this section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon
114	106		warrants issued by the State Treasurer against clai ms filed as
115	107		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
116	108		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.

152	143		and shall consist of all monies appropriated to the Department from
153	144		the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund established in
154	145		Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies
155	146		accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may
156	147		be budgeted and expended by the Department for the purpose provided
157	148		for in this section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon
158	149		warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
159	150		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
160	151		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
161	152		SECTION 4. This act shall become effe ctive July 1, 2024.
162	153		SECTION 5. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
163	154		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
	155	+	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shal l take effect and
	156	+	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
