50	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	56		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	57		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 30.9 of Title 74, unless there
53	58		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	59		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
55	60		for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the “Federal
56	61		Overreach and Extraordinary Litigation Revolving Fund”. This fund
57	62		shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
58	63		and shall consist of all monies received by the Offi ce of the
59	64		Attorney General from legislative appropriations provided for the
60	65		purpose of representing the State of Oklahoma in cases of fighting
61		-	federal overreach in Oklahoma, pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No.

	96	+	Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature,
91	97		extraordinary litigation costs, foreign threats, interstate crime,
92	98		terrorist organizations, gross violations of public trust, and
93	99		statewide public safety . All monies accruing to the credit of the
94	100		fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgete d and expended by the
95	101		Office of the Attorney General for the purpose provided by this
96	102		section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants
97	103		issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by
98	104		law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
99	105		Services for approval and payment.
100	106		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 20 24.
101	107		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
102	108		of the public peace, health or safe ty, an emergency is hereby
103	109		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104	110		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
