5055 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5156 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5257 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 30.9 of Title 74, unless there
5358 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5459 There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
5560 for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the “Federal
5661 Overreach and Extraordinary Litigation Revolving Fund”. This fund
5762 shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
5863 and shall consist of all monies received by the Offi ce of the
5964 Attorney General from legislative appropriations provided for the
6065 purpose of representing the State of Oklahoma in cases of fighting
61-federal overreach in Oklahoma, pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No.

93+federal overreach in Oklahoma, pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No.
94+1236 of the 1st

96+Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature,
9197 extraordinary litigation costs, foreign threats, interstate crime,
9298 terrorist organizations, gross violations of public trust, and
9399 statewide public safety . All monies accruing to the credit of the
94100 fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgete d and expended by the
95101 Office of the Attorney General for the purpose provided by this
96102 section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants
97103 issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by
98104 law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
99105 Services for approval and payment.
100106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 20 24.
101107 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
102108 of the public peace, health or safe ty, an emergency is hereby
103109 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
104110 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
