6565 An Act relating to the State Department of Health;

7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-106.5 of Title 63, unless
7676 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 The State Department of Health may employ one or more program
7878 liaisons to provide technical assistance with regulatory compli ance
7979 to facilities licensed or inspected by the State Department of
8080 Health including, but not limited to, long-term care facilities,
8181 medical facilities, foo d establishments, and city and county jails.
8282 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
