68	68	codification; and providing an effective date .

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-106.5 of Title 63, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	The State Department of Health may employ one or more program
78	78	liaisons to provide technical assistance with regulatory compli ance
79	79	to facilities licensed or inspected by the State Department of
80	80	Health including, but not limited to, long-term care facilities,
81	81	medical facilities, foo d establishments, and city and county jails.
82	82	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
