AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to the State Department of Health;
authorizing employment of program liaisons to provide
certain technical assistance ; providing for
codification; and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-106.5 of Title 63, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The State Department of Health may employ one or more program
liaisons to provide technical assistance with regulatory compli ance
to facilities licensed or inspected by the State Department of
Health including, but not limited to, long-term care facilities,
medical facilities, foo d establishments, and city and county jails.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
