3839 An Act relating to the Military Department of the

4647 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4748 SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and
4849 Enterprise Services shall transfer on the effective date of this act
4950 the sum of Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) of the funds
5051 appropriated to the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma by
5152 Section 62 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the 1st

5455 Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature to the General Revenue Fund
5556 of the State Treasury for the fiscal year end ing June 30, 2024.
5657 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the p reservation
5758 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
5859 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
5960 be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
