	63	+	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	64	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1085.7D of Title 82, unless
	65	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

98		-	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
99		-	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1085.7D of Title 82, unless
100		-	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
101		-	A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving
102		-	fund for the Oklahoma Water Resou rces Board to be designated the
103	95		“Arkansas River Levee Improvement Revolving Fund ”. The fund shall
104	96		be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year lim itations, and
105	97		shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Water Resources
106	98		Board from legislative appropriations provided for the purpose of
107	99		providing levee improvements and matching funds for levee projects
108	100		along the Arkansas River. All monies accruing to the credit of the
109	101		fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
110	102		Oklahoma Water Resources Board for the purpose provided fo r in this
111	103		section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants
112	104		issued by the State Treasu rer against claims filed as prescribed by
113	105		law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterpris e
114	106		Services for approval and payment.
115	107		B. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, income and
116	108		earnings on the fund shall accrue to the fund and may be used for
117	109		the purposes provided for in this section.
118	110		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
119	111		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
120	112		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
