25	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 11 O.S. 2021, Section 28 -122, is
28	57		amended to read as follows:

30	58		Section 28-122. A. The trial docket of the municipal criminal
31	59		court of record shall be prepared and set by order of the presiding
32	60		judge at such times and in such manner as he or she may prescribe.
33		-
34	61		B. Municipal criminal courts of record shall remain closed on
35	62		those holidays observed by the district courts of the state;
36	63		however, the office of the court clerk may remain open for business
37	64		declared by the governing bod y of the municipality on which the
38	65		municipal offices shall be closed .
