6565 An Act relating to Oklahoma Residential Landlord and

7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 113.4 of Title 41, unless there
7676 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 A landlord shall not de ny, refuse to renew, or terminate a
7878 tenancy to a person with a lack of rental history; provided that,
7979 the provisions of this section shall not deny a landlord from
8080 requiring alternative remedies from a tenant in good faith.
8181 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
