6969 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7070 SECTION 1. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 5, the Office
7171 of the Attorney General is authorized to transfer an amount not to
7272 exceed the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
7373 ($5,300,000.00) from the funds appropriated to the O ffice of the
7474 Attorney General in Section 122 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1040 of
7575 the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature to the Victims of
7676 Human Trafficking and Preventio n Revolving Fund, created by Section
7777 748.3 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
7878 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
7979 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
8080 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
8181 declared to exist, by reason where of this act shall take effect and
8282 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
