75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 65 of Title 73, unless there is
78	78	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	The USS Oklahoma Anchor Memorial located at 1320 N Broadway
80	80	Avenue in the City of Oklahoma City shall be moved to a location at
81	81	State Capitol Park, as defined in Section 1811.4 of Title 74 of the
82	82	Oklahoma Statutes. Such location shall be designated by the Capitol
83	83	Architect and Curator. The Capitol Architect and Curator shall have
84	84	the authority to negotiate the terms of the removal of the USS
85	85	Oklahoma Anchor Memorial to such location with the relevant entities
86	86	with ownership and other rights regarding the USS Oklahoma Anchor
87	87	Memorial.
