SENATE BILL 1803 By: Garvin
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to memorial highway and bridge
designations; designating the S Sgt. Daniel Neil
Fannin Memorial Bridge; providing for codification;
and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new sectio n of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.431 of Title 69, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
The bridge on U.S. Highway 62 crossing over Four mile Branch east
of Fort Gibson in Muskogee County shall be designated as the “SSgt.
Daniel Neil Fannin Memorial Bridge ”. The Department of
Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
name to be placed on the bridge.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
