77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5026.2 of Title 63, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numberin g, reads as follows:
81	81	The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall provide coverage under
82	82	the state Medicaid program for breast pumps dispensed pursuant to a
83	83	valid prescription by a physician, phy sician assistant, or advanced
84	84	practice registered nurse including manual pumps, electric pumps , or
85	85	battery-powered pumps. The state Medicaid program shall cover one
86	86	breast pump per pregnancy in cluding tubing or other necessary par ts.
87	87	A breast pump must meet minimum specifications prescribed by the

141	141	SECTION 2. This act shall become effect ive July 1, 2023.
142	142	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation
143	143	of the public peace, health or safety, a n emergency is hereby
144	144	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
145	145	be in full force from and af ter its passage and approv al.
