BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5026.2 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numberin g, reads as follows: The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall provide coverage under the state Medicaid program for breast pumps dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription by a physician, phy sician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse including manual pumps, electric pumps , or battery-powered pumps. The state Medicaid program shall cover one breast pump per pregnancy in cluding tubing or other necessary par ts. A breast pump must meet minimum specifications prescribed by the Req. The Authority shall seek any federal approval ne cessary to implement this section. SECTION 2. This act shall become effect ive July 1, 2023. SECTION 3.
