75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 196.1 of Title 56, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	The Department of Human Services shall provide a full accounting
80	80	of all refugees from the nation of Afghanistan who arrived in the
81	81	state on or after January 1, 2020. The accounting shall include the
82	82	name, age, and sex of each refugee, and any other individual or
83	83	demographic information as deemed appropriate by the Director of
84	84	Human Services. Not later than November 1, 2025, the Department
85	85	shall electronically submit a report summarizing and analyzing
86	86	figures and trends of the information collected under this section
