75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 909.3 of Title 74, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in nu mbering, reads as follows:
79	79	One year following the effective date of this act , the
80	80	investment committee of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement
81	81	System and the Office of the State Treasurer shall submit a report
82	82	electronically to the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the
83	83	Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on the
84	84	benefits and costs of investing a portion of funds used in the
85	85	Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System for compensation for
86	86	retirement purposes in digital financial assets. As used in this
87	87	section, “digital financial asset ” means a digital representation of
