31 | 58 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
32 | 59 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1096 of Title 64, unless there | |
33 | 60 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |

35 | 61 | A. As used in this section, “unauthorized camp” means any tent, | |
36 | 62 | shelter, or bedding constructed or arranged for the purpose of or in | |
37 | 63 | such a way to permit overnight use on a property not designated as a | |
38 | 64 | campsite. | |

40 | 65 | B. Persons may not use state -owned lands for the purposes of | |
41 | 66 | establishing an unauthorized camp. | |

53 | 102 | limited to, transportation to a shelter, food pantry, or other place | |
54 | 103 | where resources are made available to assist the indigent and | |
55 | 104 | homeless. | |
