65	65	An Act relating to prevention and control of disease;
66	66	prohibiting public entities and contractors from
67	67	requiring wearing of mask or face covering;
68	68	prohibiting certain discrimination; providing
69	69	exceptions; providing for codification; and declaring
70	70	an emergency.

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sec tion 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. It shall be unlawful for any federal or state agency, any
80	80	political subdivision, or any business under contract with a federal
81	81	or state agency or political subdivision to:
82	82	1. Require any resident of this state to wear a mask or face
83	83	covering; or
84	84	2. Discriminate against any resident of this state due to such
85	85	resident’s refusal to wear a mask or face covering .
86	86	B. This section shall not apply to :
87	87	1. Public or private health care or long-term care settings;

140	140	personnel, or emergency response personnel ; or
141	141	3. Service members of the United States Armed Forces.
142	142	SECTION 2. It being immediate ly necessary for the preservation
143	143	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
144	144	declared to exist, by reason wh ereof this act shall take effect and
145	145	be in full force from and after its passa ge and approval.
