BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sec tion 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. It shall be unlawful for any federal or state agency, any political subdivision, or any business under contract with a federal or state agency or political subdivision to: 1. Require any resident of this state to wear a mask or face covering; or 2. Discriminate against any resident of this state due to such resident’s refusal to wear a mask or face covering . B. This section shall not apply to : 1. Public or private health care or long-term care settings; Req. Law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, or emergency response personnel ; or 3. Service members of the United States Armed Forces. SECTION 2.
