52, and 53, which relate to the care of indigent
persons; and providing an effective date .
SUBJECT: Indigent care
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Sections 31, 32, 32.1,
32.2, 32.3, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49,
50, 51, 52, and 53, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
