BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. As used in this section , “COVID-19” means the 2019 novel coronavirus disease and any variants of the disease . B. A state agency or political subdivision may not implement, order, or otherwise impose a mandate requiring : 1. A person to wear a face mask or other face covering to prevent the spread of COVID -19; 2. A person to be vaccinated against COVID -19; or 3. The closure of a private business, public school, or private school to prevent the spread of COVID -19. Req.
