| 55 | 52 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 56 | 53 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 57 | 54 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 180.91 of Title 19, unless there | |
| 58 | 55 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 59 | 56 | The board of county commissioners may develop a policy in | |
| 60 | 57 | accordance with the secretary of the cou nty election board to | |
| 61 | 58 | authorize county employees to receive up to three (3) working days ’ | |
| 62 | 59 | paid administrative leave per calendar year for the purpose of | |
| 63 | 60 | serving as a precinct official pursuant to Section 2 -124 of Title 26 | |
| 64 | 61 | of the Oklahoma Statutes , absentee voting board member pursuant to | |
| 65 | 62 | Section 14-115.5 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes , or other | |
