65	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STAT E OF OKLAHOMA:
66	57		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
67	58		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
68	59		A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Women’s
69	60		Bill of Rights”.
	61	+	B. The purpose of The Women ’s Bill of Rights is to bring
	62	+	clarity, certainty, and uniformi ty under the laws of this state with
	63	+	respect to natural persons of both biological sexes and the manner
	64	+	in which they are treated as such under the la ws of this state. All
	65	+	laws where the application the reof is contingent upon the

97		-	B. The purpose of the Women’s Bill of Rights is to bring
98		-	clarity, certainty, and uniformi ty under the laws of this state with
99		-	respect to natural persons of both biological se xes and the manner
100		-	in which they are treated as such under the laws of this state. All
101		-	laws where the application the reof is contingent upon the
102	92		classification of a perso n as being female or male, woman or man,
103	93		girl or boy, are hereby superseded and interpreted to the extent
104	94		necessary by this act including but not limi ted to any educational
105	95		benefits, corrections housing, employment protections, and civil
106	96		rights laws codified in the statutes of this state.
107	97		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 16, is
108	98		amended to read as follows:
109	99		Section 16. The word “person,” As used in the Oklahoma
110	100		Statutes:
111	101		1. “Father” means the male parent of a child or ch ildren as
112	102		defined in Section 7 of this title;
113	103		2. “Female” means a natural person whose biological
114		-	reproductive system is ~~designed~~ to produce ova;
	104	+	reproductive system is developed to produce ova;
115	105		3. “Male” means a natural person whose biological repr oductive
116		-	system is ~~designed~~ to fertilize the ova of a female;

153	142		SECTION 3. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1101, is
154	143		amended to read as follows:
155	144		Section 1101. A. This act provides for exclusive remedies
156	145		within the state of the p olicies for individuals alleging
157	146		discrimination in em ployment on the basis of race, color, national
158	147		origin, sex, religion, creed, age, disability or genetic
159	148		information.
160	149		B. This act shall be construed according to the fair import of
161	150		its terms to further t he general purposes stated in this section and
162	151		the special purposes of the particular provision involved.
163	152		C. Any policy, program, or statute that prohibits sex
164	153		discrimination is to be construed to forbid unfair treatment of
165	154		females or males in relation to similarly situated members of the
166	155		opposite sex. The state or its political subdivisions shall not be
167	156		prohibited from establishing distinctions between sexes when such
168	157		distinctions are substantially related to a n important government
169	158		objective including but not limited to biology, privacy, safety, or
170		-	fairness.

	160	+	detention facilities, domestic violence shelters, rape crisis
	161	+	centers, athletics and locker rooms, and restrooms.
	162	+	SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1201, is
	163	+	amended to read as follows:
	164	+	Section 1201. In Section 1101 et seq. of this title, unless the

198		-	SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1201, is

203	193		discriminatory under the terms of this act;

213	203		receiver, trust, trustee, trustee in bankruptcy, u nincorporated
214	204		organization, any other legal or commercial entity, the state, or
215	205		any governmental entity or agency.
216	206		SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
217	207		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1202 of Title 25, unless there
218	208		is created a duplication in numberin g, reads as follows:
219	209		The state, any political subdivision , or any state agency or
220		-	department including, but not limited to, public school districts
221		-	that collects vital sta tistics for the purpose of gathering accurate
