6556 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STAT E OF OKLAHOMA:
6657 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
6758 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
6859 A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Women’s
6960 Bill of Rights”.
61+B. The purpose of The Women ’s Bill of Rights is to bring
62+clarity, certainty, and uniformi ty under the laws of this state with
63+respect to natural persons of both biological sexes and the manner
64+in which they are treated as such under the la ws of this state. All
65+laws where the application the reof is contingent upon the

97-B. The purpose of the Women’s Bill of Rights is to bring
98-clarity, certainty, and uniformi ty under the laws of this state with
99-respect to natural persons of both biological se xes and the manner
100-in which they are treated as such under the laws of this state. All
101-laws where the application the reof is contingent upon the
10292 classification of a perso n as being female or male, woman or man,
10393 girl or boy, are hereby superseded and interpreted to the extent
10494 necessary by this act including but not limi ted to any educational
10595 benefits, corrections housing, employment protections, and civil
10696 rights laws codified in the statutes of this state.
10797 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 16, is
10898 amended to read as follows:
10999 Section 16. The word “person,” As used in the Oklahoma

111101 1. “Father” means the male parent of a child or ch ildren as
112102 defined in Section 7 of this title;
113103 2. “Female” means a natural person whose biological
114-reproductive system is designed to produce ova;

153142 SECTION 3. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1101, is

155144 Section 1101. A. This act provides for exclusive remedies
156145 within the state of the p olicies for individuals alleging
157146 discrimination in em ployment on the basis of race, color, national
158147 origin, sex, religion, creed, age, disability or genetic
159148 information.
160149 B. This act shall be construed according to the fair import of
161150 its terms to further t he general purposes stated in this section and
162151 the special purposes of the particular provision involved.
163152 C. Any policy, program, or statute that prohibits sex
164153 discrimination is to be construed to forbid unfair treatment of
165154 females or males in relation to similarly situated members of the
166155 opposite sex. The state or its political subdivisions shall not be
167156 prohibited from establishing distinctions between sexes when such
168157 distinctions are substantially related to a n important government
169158 objective including but not limited to biology, privacy, safety, or
170-fairness.
159+fairness in locations and circumstances such as prisons or other
160+detention facilities, domestic violence shelters, rape crisis
161+centers, athletics and locker rooms, and restrooms.
162+SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1201, is

198-SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1201, is

200-Section 1201. In Section 1101 et seq. of this title, unless the

202192 1. “Discriminatory practice ” means a practice designated as
203193 discriminatory under the terms of this act;
204-2. “Equal”, with reference to sex as defined in Section 16 of

215205 any governmental entity or agency.
216206 SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
217207 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1202 of Title 25, unless there
218208 is created a duplication in numberin g, reads as follows:
219209 The state, any political subdivision , or any state agency or
220-department including, but not limited to, public school districts
221-that collects vital sta tistics for the purpose of gathering accurate
