| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Department | |
| 73 | 73 | of Rehabilitation Services from any monies not otherwise | |
| 74 | 74 | appropriated from the General Revenue Fund o f the State Treasury for | |
| 75 | 75 | the fiscal year ending June 30, 2 024, the sum of Four Hundred | |
| 76 | 76 | Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) or so much thereof as may be | |
| 77 | 77 | necessary to fund the Statewide Independent Living Council as | |
| 78 | 78 | created in Section 625.2 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes . | |
| 79 | 79 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 3. It being immediately n ecessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
