5250 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5351 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 6 -106.1, is
5452 amended to read as follows:
5553 Section 6-106.1. If funds are appropriated to the A. The State
