NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 157 of Title 4, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture , Food, and Forestry shall maintain on its official website a telephone number connected to a hotline administered and monitored by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry for any damaged state-owned fencing or state-owned fencing otherwise in disrepair. B. The hotline shall prompt callers to provide the approximate location of and the date in which the caller first viewed the damaged or otherwise in disrepair state-owned fencing. C. The state agency or institution shall act within thirty (30) days of receiving notification from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Fore stry to repair the damaged or otherwise in disrepair state-owned fencing. D. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture , Food, and Forestry is authorized to promulgate rules to effectuate the provisions o f this section. SECTION 2.
