6558 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
6659 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
6760 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-208.2 of Title 63, unless
6861 there is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows:
62+There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
63+for the State Department of Health to be designated the “Sexual
64+Assault Survivor Services Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a
65+continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitatio ns, and shall

95-There is hereby created in the State Tr easury a revolving fund

97-Assault Survivor Services Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a
98-continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitatio ns, and shall
9993 consist of all monies received by the Department from funds provided
10094 by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are he reby
10195 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for
10296 the purpose of providing funds to county departments of health,
10397 district departments of health, cooperative departments of health,
10498 community-based rape crisis centers, and certified sexual assault
10599 programs facilitating SA NE services for sexual assault nurse

107101 Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the
108102 State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by l aw with the
109103 Director of the Office of Managem ent and Enterprise Services for

111105 SECTION 2. This act shall be come effective July 1, 2023.
112106 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
113107 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
114108 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
