65	58		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
66	59		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
67	60		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-208.2 of Title 63, unless
68	61		there is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows:
	62	+	There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
	63	+	for the State Department of Health to be designated the “Sexual
	64	+	Assault Survivor Services Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a
	65	+	continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitatio ns, and shall

100	94		by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are he reby
101	95		appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for
102	96		the purpose of providing funds to county departments of health,
103	97		district departments of health, cooperative departments of health,
104	98		community-based rape crisis centers, and certified sexual assault
105	99		programs facilitating SA NE services for sexual assault nurse
106	100		examiners for services provided to se xual assault survivors .
107	101		Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the
108	102		State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by l aw with the
109	103		Director of the Office of Managem ent and Enterprise Services for
110	104		approval and payment.
111	105		SECTION 2. This act shall be come effective July 1, 2023.
112	106		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
113	107		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is her eby
114	108		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
