65	65	An Act relating to the Legislature; requiring certain
66	66	public comment; allowing each chamber to set
67	67	procedures; providing for codification; and declaring

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law t o be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 452.11 of Title 74, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	Upon effective date of this act, t he Legislature shall require
80	80	all standing and special Senate and House of R epresentatives
81	81	committees to allow public comment at each committee meeting in
82	82	which legislation is be ing considered. Each chamber shall have
83	83	authority to establish p olicy and procedures respective to its body
84	84	to implement the provision of this section.
85	85	SECTION 2. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
