51	46		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
52	47		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 73 O.S. 2021 , Section 163.1, is
53	48		amended to read as follows:
54	49		Section 163.1. The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is
55	50		hereby authorized to lea se space within:
56	51		1. Within the State Office Building in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to
57	52		private persons; or
58	53		2. Where the Director of the Department of Human Services or
59	54		the Director of the Office of Management a nd Enterprise Services has
60	55		identified an appropriate lo cation for lease to a third party to
61	56		provide for the limited purpose of implementing Sections 4190
62	57		through 4192 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes .
	58	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
