66	66	certain felonies; requiring certain r egistering; and

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2110 of Title 21, unless there
76	76	is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
77	77	A. It shall be a felony for any member of the Communist Party
78	78	of China (CPC) or any person who has ever held employment as an
79	79	official or authority within the government of the People ’s Republic
80	80	of China (PRC) to own any property within this state .
81	81	B. It shall be a felony for any member of the Communist Party
82	82	of China (CPC) or any person who has ever held employment as an
83	83	official or authority within the government of the People ’s Republic
84	84	of China (PRC) to harass, intimidate, or threaten any citi zen of
85	85	this state.

137	137	C. Any member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) or any
138	138	person who has ever held employment as an official or authority
139	139	within the government of the People ’s Republic of China (PRC) shall
140	140	register with the Governor, Secretary of Stat e, President Pro
141	141	Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and
142	142	all members of the congressional delegation of this state before
143	143	entering this state in writing.
144	144	D. The provisions of subsections A, B, and C or this act shall
145	145	apply to any person who has ever held employment as an official or
146	146	authority within the government of any country currently categorized
147	147	as being a dictatorship or as being communist according to the
148	148	United States State Department or the United States Central
149	149	Intelligence Agency.
150	150	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
