BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2110 of Title 21, unless there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: A. It shall be a felony for any member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) or any person who has ever held employment as an official or authority within the government of the People ’s Republic of China (PRC) to own any property within this state . B. It shall be a felony for any member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) or any person who has ever held employment as an official or authority within the government of the People ’s Republic of China (PRC) to harass, intimidate, or threaten any citi zen of this state. Any member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) or any person who has ever held employment as an official or authority within the government of the People ’s Republic of China (PRC) shall register with the Governor, Secretary of Stat e, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and all members of the congressional delegation of this state before entering this state in writing. D. The provisions of subsections A, B, and C or this act shall apply to any person who has ever held employment as an official or authority within the government of any country currently categorized as being a dictatorship or as being communist according to the United States State Department or the United States Central Intelligence Agency.
