18	48		unlawful transport; modifying fines; deleting

27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 4 210.3, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:
31		-
32	58		Section 4210.3. It shall be unlawful to transport a shotgun,
33	59		rifle or pistol in or to discharge such weapons a firearm from a
34	60		vessel, except for the purposes of self-defense, hunting animals or
35	61		fowl, and in compliance with existing state and federal laws.
36	62		Anyone violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction,
37	63		shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fi ne of
38	64		not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not more than One Hundred
39	65		Dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not

42	95		a valid handgun license from this stat e or a reciprocal state
43	96		authorized by the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act shall not be dee med
44	97		guilty of transporting a pistol in violation of this section when a
45	98		handgun is carried concealed or unconcealed upon or about their
