2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 4 210.3, is
3057 amended to read as follows:

3258 Section 4210.3. It shall be unlawful to transport a shotgun,
3359 rifle or pistol in or to discharge such weapons a firearm from a
3460 vessel, except for the purposes of self-defense, hunting animals or
3561 fowl, and in compliance with existing state and federal laws.
3662 Anyone violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction,
3763 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fi ne of
3864 not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not more than One Hundred
3965 Dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not
