161	161	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
162	162	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
163	163	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4002 of Title 56, unless there
164	164	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
165	165	A. Upon receipt of federal approval as described in subsection
166	166	C of this section, the state Medicaid program shall return to a fee -
167	167	for-service delivery model. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority
168	168	shall transition all Medicaid members covered by a contracted entity
169	169	to direct coverage by the Authority , shall enter into such contracts
170	170	with health care providers as are necessary to ensure network
171	171	adequacy as required by federal regulation , and shall directly
172	172	reimburse such providers . Upon completion of such transition and
173	173	execution of contracts , the Authority shall terminate its contracts
174	174	with all contracted entities .
175	175	B. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the
176	176	Authority from implementing value -based payment arrangements with
177	177	Medicaid providers through direct contractual agreements.
178	178	C. The Authority shall seek any federal approval necessary to
179	179	implement the provisions of this section.

233	233	SECTION 2. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Section 4002.1, is

235	235	SECTION 3. REPEALER 56 O. S. 2021, Sections 4002.2,
236	236	4002.4, 4002.6, 4002.7, and 4002.12, as last amended by Sections 1,
237	237	4, 5, 6, and 7, Chapter 448, O.S.L. 2024 (56 O.S. Supp. 2024,
238	238	Sections 4002.2, 4002.4, 4002.6, 4002.7, and 4002.12), are hereby
239	239	repealed.
240	240	SECTION 4. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Section 4002.2, as
241	241	last amended by Section 1, Chapter 206, O.S.L. 2024 (56 O.S. Supp.
242	242	2024, Section 4002.2), is hereby repealed.
243	243	SECTION 5. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Section 4002.5, as
244	244	last amended by Section 1, Chapter 243, O.S.L. 2023 (56 O.S. Supp.
245	245	2024, Section 4002.5), is h ereby repealed.
246	246	SECTION 6. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Sections 4002.8,
247	247	4002.10, 4002.11, and 4002.13, as amended by Sections 12, 13, 14,
248	248	and 18, Chapter 395, O.S.L. 2022 (56 O.S. Supp. 2024, Sections
249	249	4002.8, 4002.10, 4002.11, and 4002.13), are hereby repealed.
250	250	SECTION 7. REPEALER 56 O.S. 2021, Section 4002.15, as
251	251	amended by Section 20, Chapter 395, O.S.L. 2022, and as renumbered
252	252	by Section 24, Chapter 395, O.S.L. 2022 (56 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section
253	253	4002.15), is hereby repealed.
