18	49		Chapter 151, O.S.L. 2024 (21 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section

20	51		percentage of sentence; modifying statutory
21	52		references to certain criminal offenses; modifying
22	53		name of certain unlawful act; adding certain criminal
23	54		offense; expanding scope of acts that require service

34	62		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 2021, Section 13.1, as
35	63		amended by Section 1, Chapter 151, O.S.L. 2024 (21 O.S. Supp. 2024,
36	64		Section 13.1), is amended to read as follows:

115	196		23. Discharging a firearm at or into a dwelling or building
116	197		used for public or b usiness purposes, as provided for in Section
117	198		1289.17A of this title,

119	199		or any attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation thereof, shall be
120	200		required to serve not less than eighty -five percent (85%) of any
121	201		sentence of imprisonment imposed by the judicial system prio r to
122	202		becoming eligible for consideration for parole. Persons convicted
123	203		of these offenses shall not be eligible for earned credits or any
124	204		other type of credits which have the effect of reducing the length
125	205		of the sentence to less than eighty -five percent (85%) of the
126	206		sentence imposed.
