73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1911 of Title 25, unless there
76	76	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	The State of Oklahoma hereby adopts the following non-legally
78	78	binding working definition of anti -Semitism:
79	79	“Anti-Semitism” means a certain perception of Jewish people,
80	80	which may be expressed as hatred toward Jewis h people. Rhetorical
81	81	and physical manifestations of anti -Semitism are directed toward
82	82	Jewish or non-Jewish individuals or their property, toward Jewish
83	83	community institutions and religious facilities.
84	84	SECTION 2. This act shall become effe ctive July 1, 2025.
85	85	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
86	86	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
