AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to discrimination; adopting certain 
definition of anti-Semitism; providing for 
codification; providing an effective date ; and 
declaring an emergency . 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1911 of Title 25, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
The State of Oklahoma hereby adopts the following non-legally 
binding working definition of anti -Semitism: 
“Anti-Semitism” means a certain perception of Jewish people, 
which may be expressed as hatred toward Jewis h people.  Rhetorical 
and physical manifestations of anti -Semitism are directed toward 
Jewish or non-Jewish individuals or their property, toward Jewish 
community institutions and religious facilities. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effe ctive July 1, 2025. 
SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
