Relates to establishing a cost of living adjustment for members of the legislature, which provides a mechanism for increasing or decreasing the member's allowance at the same rate as increases or decreases in the median household income.
Relates to clarifying the definition of a commission salesperson; adds additional factors to the definition of a commission salesperson including not being free to work at his or her own convenience or discretion, being constrained to a fixed schedule, not being free to engage in other employment and being on the employer's payroll and receiving fringe benefits.
Provides for the use of common areas in housing authority projects by tenant groups, committees or organizations without the imposition of a fee providing that the meeting is peacefully conducted, during reasonable hours, does not obstruct any access, and the space is reserved three days in advance.
