| 22 | 22 | SECTION 1. Chapter 37-8 of the General Laws entitled "Public Buildings" is hereby 1 | |

| 25 | 25 | Notwithstanding the provisions of ยงยง 37-8-1 and 37-8-10, it shall be prohibited to develop any and 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | all land that is contiguous to and outside the Rhode Island State House, including the land bordered 5 | |
