A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Gregory A. 1
Mancini, Esq., may join Semra Beric and James Silvia-Chandley in marriage within the City of 2
Newport, Rhode Island on or about October 22, 2023. Gregory A. Mancini, Esq., is hereby 3
authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance 4
with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
