A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the 1
Honorable Arkadiusz Z. Smigielski, Associate Judge, Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, 2
Illinois, may join Danielle St. Pierre, and Michael Smigielski in marriage within the City of 3
Newport, Rhode Island, on or about October 27, 2023. The Honorable Arkadiusz Z. Smigielski is 4
hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in 5
accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." 6
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
