2121 It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
2222 SECTION 1. Chapter 32-1 of the General Laws entitled "General Provisions" is hereby 1
2323 amended by adding thereto the following section: 2
2424 32-1-22. Gold Star families. 3
2525 No entrance fee shall be charged to any person who is a Gold Star family member at any 4
2626 recreational facility owned and operated exclusively by the state, except for docking slips; 5
2727 provided, however, proper identification is presented as prescribed by the department of 6
2828 environmental management. 7
2929 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 8
