RELATING TO PARKS AND RECREATIONAL AREAS -- GENERAL PROVISIONS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 32-1 of the General Laws entitled "General Provisions" is hereby 1
amended by adding thereto the following section: 2
32-1-22. Gold Star families. 3
No entrance fee shall be charged to any person who is a Gold Star family member at any 4
recreational facility owned and operated exclusively by the state, except for docking slips; 5
provided, however, proper identification is presented as prescribed by the department of 6
environmental management. 7
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 8
