2222 It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
2323 SECTION 1. Section 42-16.1-6 of the General Laws in Chapter 42-16.1 entitled 1
2424 "Department of Labor and Training" is hereby amended to read as follows: 2
2525 42-16.1-6. Board of review — Composition. 3
2626 There shall be a board of review consisting of three (3) five (5) members. One member 4
2727 shall be a representative of labor, one member shall be a representative of industry, one member 5
2828 shall be an owner of a small business, as defined in § 44-54-1 and one member two (2) members 6
2929 shall be a representative of the public generally. selected from the general public. Not more than 7

3131 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 9
