| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission be and the same is hereby created 1 |

| 24 | 24 | | consisting of five (5) members: five (5) of whom shall be members of the Senate, not more than 2 |

| 25 | 25 | | four (4) from the same political party, to be appointed by the President of the Senate. 3 |

| 26 | 26 | | In lieu of any appointment of a member of the legislature to a legislative study 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | commission, or any commission created by a General Assembly resolution, the appointing 5 |

| 28 | 28 | | authority may appoint a member of the general public to serve in lieu of a legislator. 6 |

| 29 | 29 | | The purpose of said commission shall be to engage stakeholders and State officials to 7 |
