| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 21-28.9 of the General Laws entitled "The Good Samaritan Overdose 1 |

| 28 | 28 | | public beach or facility shall be trained in the administration of opioid antagonists, pursuant to the 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | provisions of this chapter. All state or municipal public beaches and facilities, that employ 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | lifeguards, and park and forest rangers, shall maintain and provide a minimum of four (4) doses of 7 |
