A house RESOLUTION   TO CONGRATULATE Celine Miller UPON BEING NAMED 2025-2026 Gilbert High school TEACHER OF THE YEAR, TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION FOR HER DEDICATED SERVICE TO CHILDREN, AND TO WISH HER CONTINUED SUCCESS IN THE FUTURE.   Whereas, the House of Representatives is pleased to learn that Celine Miller has been selected 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year for Gilbert High School; and   Whereas, each school's Teacher of the Year undergoes a rigorous screening and assessment process in order to be selected as that school's top teacher; and   Whereas, representing all teachers in their respective schools, these teachers act as role models and mentors for their colleagues and demonstrate a consistent commitment to excellence; and   Whereas, Teachers of the Year have hundreds of years of combined teaching experience and possess a proven ability to make a positive difference for their students, schools, and communities; and   Whereas, South Carolina is fortunate to have such dedicated and caring teachers educating and molding South Carolina's youth; and   Whereas, it is entirely appropriate for the South Carolina House of Representatives to pause in its deliberations to honor Celine Miller, 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year for Gilbert High School, for amply providing her students the opportunity to live complete and successful lives as the future leaders of their communities. Now, therefore,   Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:   That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, congratulate Celine Miller upon being named 2025-2026 Gilbert High School Teacher of the Year, express appreciation for her dedicated service to children, and wish her continued success in the future.   Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Celine Miller. ----XX----
