| 18 | 18 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3 |

| 19 | 19 | | Section 1. That § 40-36-9 be AMENDED: 4 |

| 20 | 20 | | 40-36-9. TheExcept as otherwise provided for in this section, the Department of 5 |

| 21 | 21 | | Game, Fish and Parks may direct or employ personnel and conduct programs and the 6 |

| 22 | 22 | | Game, Fish and Parks Commission may adopt , pursuant to chapter 1-26 necessary, rules 7 |
