14-BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
15-Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 40-18:
16-The board may enter a memorandum of understanding, under the provisions of
17-chapter 1-24, with any federally recognized Indian tribe to cooperate in the investigation
18-of livestock theft on, and adjacent to, tribal lands, provided the tribal government
