15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, the members of this General Assembly were greatly saddened to learn of |

16 | 16 | | the passing of Dr. Zachary Tyler Medley of Cookeville; and |

17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Zachary Tyler Medley was an exemplary public servant and |
---|
18 | 18 | | consummate professional who worked assiduously to improve the quality of life for his fellow |
---|
19 | 19 | | citizens in numerous capacities; and |
---|
20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, born in Lebanon on June 10, 1985, Dr. Medley was the son of Mark and |

21 | 21 | | Candice Medley; he was Valedictorian of the 2004 graduating class at Gordonsville High |
---|
22 | 22 | | School; and |
---|
23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Zachary Medley completed his undergraduate studies at Tennessee |
---|
24 | 24 | | Technological University and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University in |
---|
25 | 25 | | 2011; and |
---|
26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, a leader in his profession, Dr. Medley was the co-owner of Infinity |
---|
27 | 27 | | Pharmacies in Cookeville, where he earned the respect and admiration of his peers and |
---|
28 | 28 | | community alike; and |

29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Medley was deeply devoted to his family, and he always endeavored to |

30 | 30 | | remain true to family values of the highest order; and |

31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, in addition to his parents, Dr. Zachary Medley will be sadly missed but |

32 | 32 | | fondly remembered by his beloved wife, Heather Lynn Medley; his daughter, Addilynn Jane |

46 | 46 | | probity in public life, compassion and loyalty in private life, and diligence and dedication in all his |

48 | 48 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to |

49 | 49 | | remember the bountiful life of this exceptional public servant and human being; now, therefore, |

50 | 50 | | BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED |

52 | 52 | | CONCURRING, that we honor the memory of Dr. Zachary Tyler Medley, reflecting fondly upon |
