| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, each legislative session, we are pleased to welcome a select group of |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | students who commit themselves, through their adroit service, to the betterment of the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | legislative process as legislative interns; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, annually, during each session of the General Assembly, the intern class |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | holds a mock legislative session and elects from among their membership a governor, a |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | lieutenant governor, a speaker of the house, a majority leader, and a minority leader; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Nicholas Reynolds, a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, was |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | elected Governor of the 2025 Intern Mock Session for the first regular session of the 114 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, during this legislative session, Mr. Reynolds has served with distinction in |

| 27 | 27 | | his role as a legislative intern for Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally and Senator Adam Lowe; |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Nicholas Reynolds's commitment to excellence is clearly deserving of the |

| 30 | 30 | | respect, admiration, and commendation of this General Assembly; now, therefore, |

| 31 | 31 | | BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTEENTH |
